CIO / IT leader

On behalf of our client we are looking for a new colleague in the position of:

CIO

Location; Budapest

Core responsibilities:

Monitor ongoing market trends and the competitive landscape;
Ensure the good methodology and processes within the software development steps;
Drive new projects;
Supervise, control and assign tasks of colleagues;
Coordinate the relationship with Head Office, CEO and the department;
Control the budget, expenditures and licenses;
Supervise the good usage of the hardware within the company;
Ensure that infrastructure, IT system and network are reliable despite disaster, and in a general usage.

The future candidate is:

At least 3 years experience as team-manager;
Experience in multinational and small and medium-sized enterprises environment in the IT sector;
Software developer background strongly preferred (Java / PHP / Drupal / Andriod / iOS / C++, etc.);
English is a must;
Ability to manage a small team of young people;
Ability to manage multiple projects at a time, coordinate and delegate tasks;
Entrepreneurial spirit, ability to take on new challenges and quickly drive business value;
Ability to take responsibility and accountability;
Team player.
