Essential Experience

Expert knowledge of HTML/XHTML/HTML5
Expert knowledge of CSS (object-oriented CSS, CSS3, transitions, transforms, keyframe animations)
Strong experience of Object-Oriented JavaScript
Strong knowledge of the JQuery JavaScript library
Strong experience in cross browser and cross platform development
Strong experience of Responsive Web Design
Passionate about best practice: standards compliance, progressive enhancement, accessibility, semantic web
Strong experience of interface development toolkits: html5boilerplate, Modernizr, HTML5 Shiv, LESS, Sass, Stylus
Experience with workflow tools: NPM, Bower, Grunt
Experience with project tools: PuTTY, Git, SVN and Jenkins CI
Excellent attention to detail
Strong portfolio or collection of work URLs


Desired Skills and Experience

Strong knowledge of classic JavaScript
Mobile development experience, possibly using jQuery Mobile, Phone Gap and jQT
Knowledge of Angular.js and Underscore.js
Clear communicator, able to interpret and support client knowledge gaps
A good collaborator, with an open approachable style
Sound time management and ability to prioritise and manage workload
Communicating solutions to non-technical audiences
